Varaschin’s product range expands with an outdoor kitchen, Outdoor Cooking, designed by architects Pio and Tito Toso. With an elegantly minimal design, customizable as desired, it fits perfectly the most diverse outdoor spaces. It allows end-users to experience outdoor conviviality to the fullest being able to count on a beautiful and reliable "companion". The main features of Outdoor Cooking – which stands out mainly for its great sturdiness and relatively low weight – the worktop, sides and doors made in porcelain stoneware slabs fixed to the structure with the patented Phobos® system. The result is the extreme durability and the high thermal insulation. What contributes in making Outdoor Cooking special is the innovative oven-barbecue supplied, Fògher Cooking System, available in two sizes and entirely made in Italy. Thanks to the FIRE CORE® regulations it allows you to set the mode, the technique, the temperature and the cooking method best suited to the dish to be prepared. Among its advantages, in addition to the built-in structure which protects the stoneware top from damage, the fact that the heat source never meets the food directly, preventing it from burning; moreover the lid, which allows you to create a closed and humid cooking chamber, perfect for retaining the aromas and equipped with a device that extracts the combustion fumes for the benefit of a healthier cooking. Further accessories complete Outdoor Cooking. A table also available with wheels to favour movements, useful for creating an exclusive area where you can enjoy a freshly cooked dish; the flush mount sink; the Foster induction hob; the kitchen cart with wheels made with a structure in extruded aluminum welded using a laser process and the sideboard container.
